We want you to love your stickers. If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right — no hoops, no hassle.
Here's how it works:
- Quality issue? If there's a printing error, color mismatch, or defect, we'll reprint your order at no charge. Just send us a photo so we can see what went wrong.
- Not what you expected? If the finished product doesn't match the approved proof, we'll work with you to fix it — reprint, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
- Changed your mind? Because every order is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if something feels off, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
We've shipped over 2,500 orders and we've never left a customer unhappy. That's not a policy — that's a promise.
Your Files
Artwork Submission Policy
When you place an order and upload artwork, you're confirming that:
- You own the rights to the artwork, logo, or images you're submitting — or you have written permission from the owner to reproduce them.
- Your submission does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
- If your artwork includes a trademarked logo (your company, school, or organization), you are authorized to reproduce it on merchandise.
We accept: PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG at 300 DPI or higher. Don't have print-ready files? No problem — our design team can help, free of charge.
We can't print: Copyrighted artwork you don't own (e.g., Disney, NFL, or other licensed characters), hate speech, or anything illegal.
If we have concerns about an artwork submission, we'll reach out before printing. We reserve the right to decline any order that we believe violates copyright or trademark law.
Getting Your Order
Shipping & Returns
Production time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after proof approval. Rush options available — just reach out to ask.
Shipping: We ship via USPS and UPS from our print shop in Washington, Utah. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
International shipping: We can ship internationally. Contact us for a shipping quote if needed.
Returns: Because all of our stickers are custom-printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If there's a quality issue or a mistake on our end, see our Happiness Guarantee above.
Damaged in transit? If your order arrives damaged in transit, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
For Organizations
Tax-Exempt & Purchase Orders
Tax-exempt orders: Schools, nonprofits, government agencies, and healthcare organizations — we've got you covered. Provide your tax-exempt certificate with your order and we'll make sure you're not charged sales tax. Not sure if you qualify? Just ask.
Purchase orders: We gladly accept POs from schools, universities, government agencies, and established organizations. Send your PO along with your order details and we'll get everything started. Net 30 terms available for qualified accounts.
ASI distributors: We're ASI #48078. If you're a promotional product distributor, visit our distributor page for pricing and to apply for a distributor account.
Your Information
Privacy Policy
What we collect: When you place an order, request a quote, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and any artwork or files you upload. If you pay by credit card, your payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card number.
What we do with it: We use your information to fulfill your order, send you proofs and updates, and communicate about your stickers. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Cookies: Our website uses cookies for basic functionality (shopping cart, login) and analytics (understanding which pages are popular so we can improve the site). We use Shopify's built-in analytics and may use Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Emails: If you opt in to our email list, we'll occasionally send updates about new designs, promotions, or company news. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what data we collect about you, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We don't sell data, but if you'd like to exercise your rights, just contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

The Agreement
Terms of Service
By placing an order with Textured Stickers (operated by The Sticker Family, LLC), you agree to these terms:
- Custom products: All orders are custom-printed. Once you approve a proof and production begins, your order cannot be canceled or refunded unless there's a quality defect.
- Proofs: We'll send you a digital proof before printing. Once you approve it, we print exactly what you approved. Please review proofs carefully — we're not responsible for errors in customer-approved proofs (typos, wrong colors, etc.).
- Colors: Digital proofs are approximations. Screen colors vary from printed colors. If exact color matching is critical, order a sample pack first or let us know and we'll do our best to match.
- Pricing: Prices on our website are current as of the date displayed. We reserve the right to update pricing. Your order is locked at the price shown when you check out.
- Intellectual property: You retain all rights to your submitted artwork. By uploading artwork, you grant us permission to print it on your stickers and to use images of the finished product in our portfolio (unless you tell us not to).
- Liability: Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for lost revenue, missed deadlines, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Company and organization names appearing on this website — including but not limited to client references, testimonials, and "we've printed for" statements — reflect past customers who have placed orders with us. Inclusion of any company or organization name does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or any ongoing commercial relationship.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Textured Stickers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the organizations named on this site unless explicitly stated.
